OBRC Report Submission Form

This form is intended to be easy to use but the OBRC accepts rare bird reports in any form the reporter finds convenient.

NOTE: documentation is reviewed only for species on the South, Central or Lowlands Review Lists, subspecies on the Subspecies Review List, or for species and subspecies which would be a new addition to the corresponding Review Zone.

Please provide as much detail as possible, especially the sections for “Description” and “How were similar species eliminated?”. Drawings and photographs should be sent directly to the secretary by or by postal mail to Mike Burrell, 88 Douro Eighth Line, Douro-Dummer, ON, K9J 6Y1.

Thank you for reporting a rare bird to the OBRC. For more information about how to fill out this Rare Bird Report Form, go to Guidelines for Reporting.
